Piestany

Piestany is a town with population of 30 000 people, situated 80 km from Bratislava. The town is famous for its thermal spa which are specialized in healing of reumatism. Except for cure facilities, Piestany offers a variety of tourist attractions like horse riding, water skiing, tennis, squash, open-air thermal pools. Accommodation is offered in hotels, pensions and spa houses. Surroundings feature many hiking routes, possibilities for angling, hunting and some adrenaline activities.
